EVENT SPEAKER: S. Jean Speight
For several years, Historical Society member, S. Jean Speight, has been creating exciting programs for the Society for Black History Month. Mrs. Speight, a retired New Castle teacher, has presented programs locally, throughout Pennsylvania, and in other states.
