Heinz History Center Bus Trip

GET ON THE BUS! The Lawrence County Historical Society is sponsoring an all-day trip to the Heinz History Center on June 14, 2023!
Reservations REQUIRED and must be purchased in advance.
The trip includes:
> 2-hour docent conducted tour
> followed by a 1-hour break for lunch (not included in tour cost)
> 2-hours following lunch to explore the History Center on your own where you can take in many of the exhibits and displays not included in the guided morning tour.
Participants can either lunch at the History Center’s Cafe or visit one of the numerous restaurants surrounding the Center.
DURATION OF EVENT: 9am-4pm
The bus leaves the Historical Society’s parking lot promptly at 9:00 AM for the drive to Pittsburgh.
The anticipated time of return is approximately 4:00 PM.

YOUR DESTINATION: Heinz History Center is Pennsylvania’s largest museum and is “Devoted to the history and heritage of Western Pennsylvania.” It includes six floors of interactive exhibitions that feature iconic artifacts like the TV set from “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood” and the world’s oldest jeep.
